HOW DO I KNOW MY ITEM IS IN STOCK?
Generally, if an item is out of stock, it will say so on the product page. Though occasionally, due to high demand, we may be out of stock of certain items. If we do not have an item in stock that you've ordered, you will be contacted via email or by phone.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our policy is simple, if your not happy, we're not happy. Simply return the item in its original condition within 7 days of receiving the item, for an exchange or refund. 

Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid. We regret that all items on the specials page are not Refundable, these sales are deemed final.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days. Swim wear and undergarments are not refundable unless faulty.

We are happy to exchange for a different size of the same item only, items must be unworn and unwashed, free from perfume or deodorant smells and have tags still attached. If we are not able to offer an exchange, a store credit will be offered.

To return an item, please fill out packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Please ensure this form is filled out Completely including the date of purchase and return postage for exchanges.

If an incorrect item has been sent please contact us first and we will issue you a returns authorization number for postage credit.
